After serving on church staffs for his first 15 years of ministry, Don formed Tabernacle Ministries, Inc. from a desire to see excellence in ministry as a result of the restoration of Apostolic and Davidic patterns. His ministry offers prophetic insight, direction and strategy for leaders, local churches and ministries in transition from the structure of today’s religious norm to the restoration of five fold ministry and apostolic order; the end result being the equipping, maturing and releasing of all the saints in their ministry as the unified body of Christ. Not willing to settle for the outer court of provision or the inner court of power, Don’s passion is to see the church move into a Holy of Holies encounter with God’s presence that transforms us into His image reflected in the earth.

The experience of his first wife suffering from a stroke, followed by eight months of a conscience but unresponsive state leading to her passing, gives Don a unique perspective on how many in the bride of Christ are unable to respond to the voice of the Bridegroom calling her to rise. The stroke affected the basil ganglia area of the brain, which processes and modifies the commands sent by the motor cortex and then passes the signal to the rest of the body on how to respond to the command. In the same way, many hear His call but can’t respond properly, if at all, due to religious mindsets, love deficits and wounds in the realm of the soul that block the proper response to His voice.

From this perspective Don and his wife, Cathy, minister healing to the mind and emotions while teaching the truths of the finished work of Christ and principles of the Kingdom of God. They also minister prophetically in song as worship leaders with an emphasis on healing in worship.

For the past fifteen years Don has traveled ministering in churches, international conferences and seminars. He also travels as a musician with Benny Hinn Ministries.

Scribe Productions, Inc. was created to provide audio, video and television production services for live events. Don and Cathy’s mission in television is to create and cover live worship events that present God’s presence and power in healing to the world. Scribe also produces Don’s teaching and music cd’s.

Don and Cathy currently reside in Pigeon Forge, TN. Together they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
